Alumni Connection Campaign

The Association needs the help of our Alumni to update our database with current contact information. To illustrate that need we are posting a Status page that shows how current each class is. From the Status page Alumni can link to reports for specific classes. Each report shows when contact information was last updated, if the information is bad or incomplete, or if no information is known.

Hopefully, after seeing the large number of "bad" or "unknown" entries you will help us reach out to our missing Alumni.

To All DHS Alumni,

Upon graduation every Dexter student automatically becomes a member of the DHS Alumni Association. The two primary purposes for our maintaining contact data is to (1) inform Alumni about news, projects and events of the Alumni Association and (2) be a resource for classes at the time they are planning a reunion. This year an added purpose is to gather current Alumni data to make our first Alumni Directory as successful as possible.

We will be working with a vendor that has completed directories for other area schools and we are sure our Alumni will appreciate the quality of the Directory. Now is the critical data gathering phase in the Directory process. It is important for the Association to compile current contact data for as many Alumni as possible. The success of the directory will depend upon the participation of our Alumni. Please be assured that the Alumni Association and the selected vendor both support the privacy of our Alumni. How can you help?

Make sure we have current contact information (mailing address, phone numbers, email addresses) for:

  1. Yourself
  2. Family Members (spouse, children, parents, grandchildren, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins) who are DHS graduates
  3. Friends and Co-Workers who are DHS graduates
  4. Classmates - Tell them you want your Class to be well represented in the Directory

Please update your information using our Online Form and encourage other Alumni to do the same, or volunteer to enter the information for them. If you are concerned about the privacy of your information please read our Privacy page.

Alumni Contact Information Status Page

This page shows the percent of bad, incomplete or unknown addresses for Classes 1930-1995 and percent of addresses not updated since graduation for Classes 1995-2009. Links to Status Reports for each Class showing when Alumni last updated contact information, if information is bad/incomplete, or if no information is on file.
